Training Dummies are found on Sinking Sands. They are meant for the player to practice their moves with a Host and have 10,000 health, regenerating 10,000 health per second. They have the appearance of a standard Roblox noob, but with no facial features. In Sinking Sands, there are two training dummies: one stands still while another walks around in a random pattern. In this stage they are killable but heal to full near-instantly when attacked, making them impossible to kill by normal means.

The Training Dummies make another appearance as an enemy/minion in Mirai Mirror, spawning when summoned with Goliath Omega’s Dummy Summon, however they work differently than their Sinking Sands counterparts.

Trivia

  • Killing training dummies requires access to the cheat menu, although there was a time when you can kill them without. Below are methods which can kill the dummy:
    • Using the "Kill all" option. This is the most straightforward.
    • Disable the dummies' healing with SubjectIcon Subject's Lily of the Void upgrade which prevents healing while the Shadow debuff is active on an enemy. Afterwards, as long as the debuff does not run out you may attack the dummy in any way to slowly run its health down.
    • Any infinitely stacking damage buff such as InvaderIcon Invader's Liquefy, VestigeIcon Vestige's Enchant: Gnawing Hex and SubjectIcon Subject's Nettleberry Extract can eventually stack to deal a burst of damage enough to overcome the healing. Subject requires a long time for his poison buff to stack up to enough damage while all the others can be accelerated by disabling ability cooldowns.
      • Any time stop can help with this as dummies do not regenerate health while time stopped.
    • DreamerIcon Dreamer's Signature Move deals 9,999 damage, thus reducing the dummy's health to 1.
      • However, since dummies regenerate health, a time stop is practically necessary to kill them.
    • Using BuffoonIcon Buffoon's Aspect of Blight upgrade. The Venomshank ability and the puddles created from taking damage turn all healing of enemies hit to damage, making the dummy's health go to 1. You will need to attack before the effect ends in order to kill the dummy.
    • Note that to obtain upgrades during the first level one needs access to the cheat menu.
