Hot Rash can be obtained by clicking/tapping the bottom left corner on the second page, his range varies and has 24 of the same upgrade, with the only difference between them being the R in Rash replaced with a random letter.

Can be cast during an ability to shield afterwards, pressing again right before the shield's flash make you shield twice in a row. Blocking an attack reduces all cooldowns by 2 seconds except for this ability. [1s CD])
Hot Kalash (Q): Chk chk blam blam blam blam blam. (Pull out an AK-47 and kill everyone, dealing 2 damage every 0.1 seconds for 3 seconds. Cooldown will be lowered by 2 with successful melee attacks. [16s CD])

Hot Rash's chromashift changes the colors of the neon in his face and chest, his two swords, his gun, the shield, and also slightly changes the shirt color.
The color of Hot Rash's sword and the effects he emits (via sword slash and shielding) are the complementary colors to the neon on his body.
Half Horse's Life Steal ability can deal damage even when Hot Flash is activating.
Hot Rash's Chromashift effects depends on the sword color. For example, if Hot Rash is colored purple, the attack effects will be green.
Hot Rash's AK47 does not turn black while Mood is in effect, unlike everything else about your host.
