Goliath Omega is a massive humanoid that rises out of the water and fights alongside Ronin Alpha during the end of the Third Stage, Mirai Mirror.

Appearance[]

Goliath Omega is a massive humanoid (noob) that shares the same colors as Ronin Alpha, and will share them regardless of the stage variation. Same thing for the dummies and posing noobs on the background.

Abilities[]

Giant Noob Smash[]

Goliath Omega slams his hand against the field. On contact, it deals 25% of the host's max health as damage on Weeks, 50% of the host's max health as damage on Hours, and instantly kills the player on Minutes or Seconds difficulty. Whether or not the hand collides with a target, the attack stuns all enemies that are touching the floor for 3 seconds (1 second on Weeks difficulty).

Dummy Summon[]

Goliath Omega summons 4 Dummies from his hands, each having 50 health. They will walk around and aim towards the player. When close, they will dab then lunge towards the player, dealing 6 damage on hit.

AI[]

At the start of the battle, Goliath Omega will rise from the water on the opposite side of Ronin Alpha (which often tricks new players into thinking they are the actual boss until Ronin Alpha strikes). They always starts with a wind up before using Giant Noob Smash, then follows some time later with Noob Summon. This pattern repeats until either the host dies or Ronin Alpha is defeated.

Tips[]

  • Pay attention to what Goliath Omega is doing, as an unanticipated Giant Noob Smash can prove to be fatal for many different reasons.
  • The noob summons can be used as healing for life-leeching hosts, as they aren't very strong and are relatively slow, with easy to predict attack patterns.
  • You can avoid the stun wave of Giant Noob Smash by using abilities that send the host into the air or make them invulnerable. Examples of these are:
    • VestigeIcon Vestige and RidererIcon Hellion's Backflip.
    • RidererIcon Hellion's Dive and Roll. Using Roll to avoid Goliath Omega's Giant Noob Smash will need your timing to be precise, as Roll only has a short duration.
    • PartingIcon Parting's Leap. (You may also use Easy Lover's smash, but that will end up as a waste.)
    • VisitorIcon Visitor's Burrow.
    • BloxxerIcon Bloxxer's Sink.
    • SubjectIcon Subject's Blink. The same note as Hellion's Roll, as Blink, too, has a short duration.
  • You can also use tempos such as OC TempoLoch Loch and/or TempoOmit Omit to avoid Giant Noob Smash.

Trivia[]

  • It is possible to use OC Loch to reflect all the damage from the Giant Noob Smash, but doing so would instead reflect all the damage to Ronin Alpha.
  • "Goliath Omega" was originally going to have another name, but it was changed during development.
  • This character isn't really considered an enemy, as it spawns just outside the main arena and cannot be damaged.
  • The Dummies Goliath Omega spawns are Similar to the Sinking Sands' Dummies.
  • When Goliath Omega rises, it first does a pose similar to Joline's Sister doing the WRYY pose, then proceeds to (slowly) walk towards the battlefield. You can hear him walking via the loud thumping noises during the battle.
    • Although Goliath Omega seems to be walking, it doesn't have any legs. This can be viewed by putting your camera underwater, using Omit or summoning Ronin Alpha with cheat menu in another map.
