Bloxxer is the hardest host in the game, you need to activate all the wires at the end of the boss battle, ok easy, just use rush. BUT NO! You're not fast enough before Bloxxer activates them themself.
I agree with @16BitToast. I got Bloxxer the same way he said. I used rush with parting walk behind the rows, but either way, it works. another I would recommend is Drifter + rush. Drifter is just about as fast as parting walk behind the rows. also, I'm pretty sure Drifter is most difficult. no damage the entire game? there is only 1 solution to that, but that's a different story.
