Depends on multiple factors, like if you have Nullification (Vestige) or are using Artisan's parry, how many nails actually hit you, if you are moving or standing still, etc. It took Bloxxerman roughly 13 seconds to kill me while I was standing still, using (base) prophet, and on hours difficulty.
